How do I join the DP club?
You can register for our club by clicking the register button at the top of the page.
How do I earn points on the site?
With us, you can earn points for every shekel you purchase on the site.
How do I use the points I have earned?
Within your user account on the site, at the bottom, you can choose how many points you would like to redeem. Click on one of the options and you will receive a redemption code.
Do my points stay if I return products?
When a cash credit is issued for products you ordered on the site, the points you earned on the products will be deleted from your account. For example, if you received a cash credit worth 150 shekels, 150 points will be deleted from your account.
I placed an order and did not move up a level.
Every 12 months from the moment you join our customer club - your club level is reset. That is, if you advanced to the Gold level on 01.01.2024 and have not advanced to the next level by 01.01.2025 - your club level will go back one level.
