Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

No double promotions or discounts may be applied to the clearance collection.

How does it work?

For orders over 150 NIS within Israel, shipping is free and will arrive within 1–10 business days, not including the order processing day.

For orders under 150 NIS within Israel, express home delivery costs 13 NIS and will arrive within 1–10 business days, not including the order processing day.

For orders under 100 NIS within Israel, express home delivery costs 15 NIS and will arrive within 1–10 business days, not including the order processing day.

For international orders outside Israel, shipping is free on purchases over 1,000 NIS.

For international orders under 1,000 NIS, shipping costs 140 NIS.

Deliveries to Eilat, the Arava, Judea and Samaria, and other areas defined as exceptional by the shipping company may arrive within 1–14 business days, not including the order processing day.

Holiday eves, Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery times may vary for pre-order items.

Orders placed from Thursday at 1:00 PM will be processed on Sunday.

Please make sure you are available for a call from the courier.

Delays may occur during Black Friday promotions or official shopping holidays.

Due to the current security situation, delivery delays may occur throughout Israel.

Please open the package carefully and follow the washing and care instructions.
