Returns & Exchanges
Important Notice:
This returns and exchanges policy applies to orders and deliveries within Israel only. For purchases and deliveries outside of Israel, any shipping costs related to an exchange or return will be charged to the customer and determined according to FedEx shipping rates and the destination country.
Exchanges
A first exchange may be made free of charge within 14 days from the order date, provided that the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging with the original tag still attached.
If the item is returned without the original tag and original packaging, the customer will not be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
An exchange can only be made for a different size or color of the same item.
A second exchange will be subject to a fee of 50 NIS.
Exchanging between different styles may involve additional costs.
Price differences may apply according to the current price listed on the website at the time the exchange request is approved. The final price will be determined only upon approval by the business. If there is a price difference between the items, a payment request will be sent via WhatsApp.
Discount codes and coupons cannot be applied during the exchange process.
Any required payment must be completed within 60 minutes from the time the payment request is sent. If the payment is not completed within this time, the exchange request will be declined.
If there is a price difference in your favor, a gift card for the difference will be issued automatically for use on the website once the exchange is approved.
For hygiene reasons, returns or refunds will not be accepted for underwear.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for bottles that have been used.
An exchange requires sending photos of the items with the original tag still attached.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

Please include:
- A photo of the item with the original tag attached
- Confirmation that the item was not worn beyond a one-time fitting
- The item, size, or color you would like instead
- Your phone number
After receiving the details, we will contact you to complete the exchange process.
Returns & Refunds
According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date you received the product, or from the date you received the transaction details — whichever is later.
A return for a monetary refund can be requested within 14 business days from the date you received the product, or from the date you received the transaction details — whichever is later.
The refund will be issued after deducting cancellation fees of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, as required by law, in addition to 50 NIS shipping fees.
Returns received after more than 14 business days and up to 30 days from the order date will be refunded as a gift card for use on the website, after deducting 50 NIS shipping fees. The gift card will be sent automatically to the email address used to place the order.
For promotions or benefits where a set, item, or accessory is received as a gift, if a monetary refund is requested for a partial return of an order that included such promotion or benefit, the promotion or benefit will be canceled. The refund will be issued for the difference, after deducting cancellation fees of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, as required by law.

Product Condition Standards for Exchanges and Returns
The following items will not be accepted for exchange or return:
- Items without the original tag attached
- Items that have been washed or dried in a dryer
- Items covered with pet hair or human hair
- Items with strong smells such as smoke, perfume, detergent, deodorant marks, or any other stains
- Cups, bottles, and underwear that have been used or are not in their original packaging
- Bags that are not returned in their original packaging
- Socks that have been worn
- Any item that is not returned in its original packaging
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, please contact our customer service.
If you choose a monetary refund, the refund will be processed within up to 30 business days, subject to your credit card company’s policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, the law states that cancellation fees are 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

If you would like to make changes to your order and your order has not yet been packed, please contact our customer service via Instagram, email, or phone, and we will be happy to help.
At dp Activewear, we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change it.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the package was already shipped to you, we will not be able to issue a refund for a lost package.
