Use of the Website is subject to the terms set forth below. Please read these terms carefully before using the Website.

These Terms of Use shall apply to any use of the Website and to any purchase made through it, and shall constitute a binding agreement between the users and the Website management.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Use, you are requested not to make any use of the Website.

Browsing the Website and/or purchasing products through it constitutes your agreement to accept and comply with these Terms of Use. By using the Website, you declare that you and/or anyone on your behalf shall have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against the Website and/or the Website owners and/or its employees in connection with these Terms of Use.

The Website management reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.

Wherever these Terms are written in the feminine form, they also refer to the masculine and plural forms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.


2. Information and Content

The information appearing on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of using this information.


3. Copyrights and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, designs, and any other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or used in any way without prior written approval from the Website management.


4. Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to external websites.

We are not responsible for the content of such websites and shall not be liable for any damage caused as a result of using them.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use from time to time.

Any change will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.

Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Liability for Delivery After Customer Approval

It is clarified and agreed that the Website management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to a shipment, products, or packaging after the customer has approved in writing that the delivery company may leave the package in a location of her choice or with someone on her behalf, meaning without direct hand delivery.

The courier may attach a photo showing the location where the package was left as requested.


7.2 Shipping and Delivery Times

The Website management will arrange the delivery of any product purchased through the Website, within the Green Line areas, through a delivery company, within the timeframe stated on the product sale page, unless stated otherwise.

It is clarified that it may be possible to pay the courier in cash for the order instead of paying on the Website, if this option is selected during checkout.

Delivery times are calculated according to business days only: Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

The Website management shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following cases: war, hostilities, epidemic, emergency situation, natural disasters, strikes by suppliers, delays in ordering goods required for the production and/or delivery of the products, any reason beyond the control of the Website management, and/or any reason related to the delivery provider.

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the Website management’s procedures, within up to 10 business days. Due to the nature of pre-orders, delays in delivery times may occur that are beyond the control of the Website management. However, the Website management will make every effort to supply the products within a reasonable time thereafter.


8. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel any transaction and product order in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder regarding transaction cancellation.

For the avoidance of doubt, the law states that cancellation is possible only if the product remains in its original packaging, has not been damaged, and has not been used.

Cancellation fees are 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

No monetary refund will be provided for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotional items or gift vouchers.

According to the law, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.

The refund, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, shall be made at the time of cancellation, as far as possible, or as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than seven business days. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the transaction.

If payment was made in cash, the refund shall be made in cash or by cash check.

If payment was made by check, and the check has been cashed, the refund shall be made in cash or by cash check within five business days. If the check has not yet been cashed, the refund shall be made within five days from the date the check is cashed.

If payment was made by credit card, the company will cancel the charge. If the company’s account has already been credited, the company will refund the credited amount in cash or by cash check, or notify the customer’s credit card company of the transaction cancellation, and the credit card company will credit the customer’s card immediately.

If it is not possible to credit the customer’s credit card as stated above, the company will refund the amount in cash or by cash check.

If the customer approves, the refund may be made by bank transfer and/or by a gift card for use on the Website.

A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction or from the date of receiving the products, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the customer and the Website management, including through electronic communication.

No monetary refund will be provided for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, including promotions and gift vouchers.

If the transaction is canceled in full, the customer must return all products purchased, together with any gift, benefit, or promotional item received.

According to the law, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs. The company may offer discounted shipping options, without being obligated to bear such costs.

If the transaction was paid using purchase vouchers, a gift voucher, or a prepaid magnetic card, the transaction cannot be canceled.

Returning a product that has been damaged, harmed, spoiled, affected in any way, or whose packaging has been damaged in a way that worsens its condition, is subject to the Website management’s right to claim damages.

The Website management shall have sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.

Regarding exchanges, products may be exchanged according to the full monetary value paid at the time of purchase. It is clarified that a product purchased at full price cannot be exchanged for a product that is on sale.

The Website management may cancel any transaction, in whole or in part, if there is an unusual and obvious clerical error in the offer, whether in the product price or product description, or if a communication failure, technical issue, force majeure event, or out-of-stock situation occurs.

9. Product Orders

Product purchases are made by clicking the “Add to Cart” button next to the requested item. The number of selected items and the total purchase amount will appear at the bottom of the screen.

If the item has different options, such as colors or sizes, a window will open allowing the customer to select the desired option.

After selecting the items, the customer should click “My Shopping Cart”, where the cart can be reviewed and updated.

Next, the customer must choose a delivery address and delivery method, such as home delivery.

It is clarified that credit card details may be entered on the secure checkout page or provided by phone to the Website management’s customer service.

To ensure that the order is processed quickly and without issues, the customer must provide all required details accurately, including name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number.

These details are necessary for processing the order.

After the credit card company approves the transaction, the purchase will be approved and the product will be shipped.

For the avoidance of doubt, the details entered into the Website management’s systems shall constitute final and conclusive evidence of the correctness of the transaction process.

If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the customer will receive an appropriate notice.

A transaction will be considered complete only after approval has been received from the credit card company. Delivery times will be calculated from that date only.

Approval of a purchase on the Website is subject to product availability at the time of order.

There may be cases where, although a certain item appears on the Website as available in stock, it is not actually available and cannot be supplied.

In such cases, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer hereby waives any claim or demand in this regard.

If payment has already been made, it will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.


10. Who May Use the Website

Any user may place orders and make purchases on the Website if she is:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • The holder of a valid Israeli ID card or foreign passport, or a corporation legally incorporated and registered in Israel
  • The holder of a valid Israeli or international credit card
  • The holder of an address in Israel

The Website may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

No use may be made of any content, text, names, or any other material appearing on the Website or in any marketing or advertising materials of the Website, and no one else may be allowed to use such content.

You may choose a username and password for making repeat purchases on the Website.

The Website management reserves the right not to approve a username that it believes is inappropriate, misleading, or offensive.

The Website management also reserves the right not to approve an order by any user, for any reason, at its sole discretion.


11. Website Terms of Use

All prices appearing on the Website are stated in New Israeli Shekels.

Prices include VAT, where applicable by law, and do not include shipping fees.

The Website management may update product prices and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice.

The valid price for an order placed on the Website is the price published at the time the order process is completed.

The Website management makes efforts to update product prices and shipping fees appearing on the Website in real time.

However, prices are updated online from time to time, and therefore a temporary difference may occur between the price at the time the item is added to the cart and the price appearing at the time the order is completed.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Website management shall not be liable for any matter arising from or related to such price differences.

The Website management does not undertake to keep all products whose images appear on the Website in stock.

Images on the Website are for illustration purposes only.

There may be differences in colors, sizes, or other features between the product as it appears on the Website and the actual product.

The Website management reserves the right to offer promotions, benefits, and discounts through the Website at its sole discretion.

The Website management may stop, replace, or change such promotions, benefits, and discounts at any time without prior notice.

The Website management may allow double promotions and special benefits for club members only.

During November promotions, double promotions will not be available and coupon codes will not be active.

No double promotions or discounts will be granted through the use of a coupon code on the clearance collection, referred to as OUTLET, or on extended exchange services.

In a “second set at 50% off” promotion, the promotion will apply when purchasing four items, and the discount will apply to the two cheapest items.

Promotions and discounts do not apply to accessories.

Gifts and/or benefits received as a result of a certain cart value are not affected by accessories or exchange services.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Website shall be brought before the competent courts in Israel.

The business undertakes not to transfer the customer’s details to any third party.
