How does it work?

For orders over 199 NIS, shipping is free and will arrive within 1-10 business days, not including the day the order is received.

For orders under 199 NIS, express delivery will cost 20 NIS, and will be delivered to your home within 1-10 business days, not including the day the order is received.

Deliveries to the Eilat, Arava, Judea and Samaria areas and areas defined as exceptions by the delivery company:

Returns and Exchanges:
First exchange or return within 30 days of receipt of shipment at a cost of 50 NIS, and all this if the product was not used and was returned in its original packaging with a ticket attached to it (if there is no ticket + original packaging, the customer will not be refunded)
First exchange free of charge only if the purchase amount is over 500 NIS,
A second or more exchange for the same order over 500 NIS will incur an additional cost of 50 NIS.

Items with strong odors of smoke, perfume, detergent or deodorant marks and/or other stains will not be accepted.
Used cups, bottles, and underwear that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
Bags that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
Worn socks will not be accepted.

Cancel order
If you want to cancel the order and receive a credit to the payment method you used to pay for the order
If you chose a cash credit, the money will be returned to your account within 30 business days, and in accordance with your credit card company's policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the law stipulates that the cancellation fee is 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

We at Dippy make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Once the order has been received and shipped, we cannot exchange it and you can only cancel it. If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the package was sent to you, we cannot compensate you for the loss of the package.
